IDEAL HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) following its 21.06.2023 announcement, announces that on 1st of September 2023 completed the acquisition, for a total consideration of €100,000,000, of 100% of the shares of the Cypriot company under the name “KT Golden Retail Venture LTD” (“ΚΤ”), which holds a 100% of the share capital of the Greek company under the name “ATTIKA POLYKATASTIMATA A.E.” (“ATTIKA”).
The Company indirectly becomes the sole shareholder of the ATTIKA company. ATTIKA’s results will be consolidated into the Company’s results beginning in the 3rd quarter of 2023, i.e., from September 1st, 2023 onwards.
